Our team of three chefs take delight in sourcing and cooking with seasonal local food. There are wide choices for every meal, and the menus change with the seasons. We make every effort to offer a selection of food which is nutritionally balanced.
Our staff are skilled in assessing each resident’s unique eating, drinking and dietary requirements and these are carefully monitored in accordance with the National Care Standards for Eating Well. Training in modified texture diets is delivered by NHS Highland and advice sought where necessary from the Speech and Language Therapists.
Tea, coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks are available at any time, day or night.
